In 2020 and 2021, the market for cyber insurance saw enormous growth, mostly as a result of sharply increased premiums. India’s smartphone market declined by 16% year on year in the first quarter, reaching 31 million smartphones, according to the International Data Corporation’s (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker preliminary data. This marks the lowest first-quarter shipments in four years. Consumer demand remained sluggish amid uncertain macroeconomic conditions, and inventory levels were elevated because of high stocking in 2H22.
