True Corporation has introduced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance customer service and boost productivity in Thailand. During an event called "AI Gets Real," the company showcased virtual service agents, smart retail solutions, and AI-powered content. True Corporation aims to automate all repetitive processes by 2027, making AI a crucial factor for success.

Additionally, the company plans to help Thai businesses adopt smart solutions by offering services through True Digital Group, with the goal of increasing AI-driven revenue in digital services to 30% within the next three years.

Ekaraj Panjavinin, Chief Digital Officer at True Corporation Plc., stated that AI is revolutionizing the customer experience across True Digital Group's services. The company's mission is to empower digital equity by integrating digital services into consumer and business segments, ensuring equal access to digital resources.

True Digital Group's approach to AI is based on a strong foundation of data from various sources, ethical AI principles, and advanced security measures. This enables the company to quickly and safely bring data to life through AI, creating a positive impact across different use cases.

Panjavinin emphasized that True Digital Group is well-positioned to help businesses transition to AI by leveraging AI capabilities to process and analyze data for deep analytics. This allows for the creation of AI-driven platforms that provide actionable insights to expand businesses in various industries, unlock new business models, increase competitiveness, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences to consumers.

Piyapan Nakayothin, Head of Customer Services at True Corporation Plc., discussed how AI will transform the customer experience through virtual service agents. True's virtual customer service agent, Mari, can be accessed via chat or voice using the proprietary AI engine, True Voice. Mari is designed to provide a seamless experience for customers, offering assistance with tasks like price plan comparisons.

Bandith Pangpong, Head of IT and Security at True Corporation Plc., explained how AI is being used to develop solutions quickly and securely. By utilizing AI, True Corporation's teams can expedite the development of new solutions to enhance the customer’s experience. Moreover, AI complements human work, resulting in innovations like the Mari chatbot, which can assist customers with various tasks using natural language.

Sarinra Wongsuppaluk, Chief Human Resources Officer at True Corporation Plc., highlighted the importance of transforming organizational culture to become truly AI-driven. True Corporation aims to have 5,000 digital citizens within its workforce by 2025, emphasizing the need for a shift towards data-driven decision-making at all levels. To achieve this, organizations must embrace an AI-first mindset and promote leadership that understands and embraces new technologies.

The AI solutions presented by True Corporation align with the company's vision for a modernized network, omnichannel services, and sustainable growth.
